Our activities

- Two annual events : Solo or ensemble lute concerts concurrent with the fall meeting of the Board (October/November) ;  Journées du Luth in Paris (late March or April) : concerts, conference or slideshow, instrument exhibition. These events provide an opportunity for lutenists to get together, for young artists to perform, and for spectators to discover an instrument, a repertoire that is very much alive, as well as a friendly atmosphere.
- Our association also publishes “Le joueur de luth”, its electronic newsletter, three times a year, in the fall, winter, and spring/summer, with news, in-depth articles, special features, photos, iconography, and a musical supplement.

- Musical editions : "Le Secret des Muses”, a collection of 53 volumes, including a lute method, pieces for the renaissance and baroque lute, theorbo and baroque guitar, pieces for lute and voice, lute and flute, a Basso Continuo method, lute duets.  "Les Petites Muses" : a news collection of six volumes for children.  And also: a lute maintenance guidebook and a mini-dictionary "Le luth de A à Z".
